We are a certified provider of Hogan Assessments

Hogan Assessments help participants gain insight around their motives, reputation and potential career derailers.

By recruiting the right people, developing key talent and evaluating leadership potential, organisations can reduce attrition and increase productivity*.

Hogan assessments are grounded in 40+ years of research. The assessments are designed to address a range of needs, from selection to high potential to executive-level development.

Three key online personality assessments

Hogan’s three key assessments, which combined with either an in-person debrief or written report, provide valuable insight into a person’s strengths, challenges, and underlying motivators:

The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes the ‘bright side’ of personality – the characteristics that other people see when we are at our best. The HPI provides a critical understanding of how people perform and lead, as well as their potential for success.

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) assesses the ‘dark side’ of personality (it is the only tool to do this). By identifying counterproductive personality characteristics that derail otherwise successful employees, particularly under pressure, we can help people develop strategies to manage and overcome them.

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes the ‘inside’ of personality – the self that you know. It aids career decisions by identifying the core values and motives that are most important to an individual and can define their optimal job type, team climate or corporate culture.
